Terms of Service

1. Who can use FansBall Knowledge

• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up (real email, real name).
• One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to game leaderboards, LFS, or challenges.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

• FansBall Knowledge is a free-to-play fantasy football and football-knowledge platform. All core features are free.
• We may show ads (via Google AdMob) and offer optional rewarded ads that unlock in-app boosts like daily-challenge hints.
• FansBall Knowledge is not a gambling service. No real-money wagers, no cash prizes, no withdrawable balances. In-app points, streaks, and "lives" are purely cosmetic game mechanics with no monetary value.
• Match data, player stats, and club/nation information are provided for entertainment. We do our best but make no guarantee of accuracy.

3. Your content

You may upload content such as profile pictures, custom team names, league names, and story replies. You represent that:

• You own or have the right to use everything you upload.
• Your content does not contain: hate speech, harassment, nudity, violence, spam, misleading info, copyrighted material you don't own, or content violating any applicable law.

By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to run the Service. You keep ownership.

4. Stuff you can't do

• Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or automate gameplay (bots, scripts, scrapers).
• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative services from our backend.
• Don't use the Service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Don't harass or threaten other users. Stories/replies are moderated — violators will be banned.

5. Moderation and suspension

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion. We'll email the account's registered address before permanent deletion unless the violation is severe (safety, legal, fraud).

6. Your account — yours to delete

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features without notice. We may also take the Service offline for maintenance or force-upgrade old app versions when required for security.

8. Intellectual property

The FansBall Knowledge name, logo, app design, illustrations, and backend code are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them outside the Service without written permission. Club crests, nation flags, and player images referenced in-app remain the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial/fantasy purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FansBall Knowledge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, which for a free account is zero.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
